Are you expensive? |

We don't think so, no! Multi-Trade's pricing model is open and honest and most of our charges are displayed on this website. We believe that we offer excellent quality service at reasonable prices. Some companies offer you a cheap or free callout, but charge you heavily for their hourly rate or add a hefty supplement onto parts. Similarly, some companies will offer you an expensive service because their name allows them to charge a premium. Multi-trade offer free quotations for most work and our staff will always be up front about how much things are likely to cost you. |

How much do you charge for quotations? |
|
Absolutely nothing! We provide FREE quotations which are fully specified with no obligation to you. We don't use pushy salespeople and you're free to decline our quote if you so wish. |

How can I pay for the work I've had done? |
|
We accept debit / credit card payments and, by prior agreement on larger orders, bank transfers for all of our services. We do not accept cash. We never accept cash for any of our services. |

Why don't you accept cash for payment? |
|
Quite simply, because cash is very hard to track and keep a record of. Our engineers have no way of holding and reconciling a cash payment. So, never pay the engineer directly in cash. |

Can I have a discount if I have more than one service from you? |
|
Yes! By becoming a Multi-trade customer you're automatically entitled to a 10% discount off our hourly rate services in the future - terms apply. For larger projects we're happy to issue you with a FREE no obligation quote, and we always take into account how much work you're having done when compiling your quote. |

How do we get the keys to you? |
|
In most cases you will be there when the service is provided. But we can pick keys up from estate agents on your behalf for quotes or in the evenings at your home - just let us know when you call us. |

When will my engineer or tradesperson arrive? |
|
For your convenience we offer two-hour appointment slots. This means we won't keep you waiting all morning or evening for your appointment like some other companies. |

Can I speak to someone for advice before I go ahead with a job? |
|
Of course! We are always happy to speak to you if you're not sure what you need or want some general advice. Our friendly team will try and answer any questions you might have about a job you need doing.
For bigger jobs such as building work or landscaping projects we can also arrange to come to your premises to talk things through with you, and we won't charge you for this. |

I've forgotten when my engineer / tradesperson is due to call, how can I find out? |

Our Self Serve system gives you control over your order - simply follow the 'My account' link at the top of this page and enter the username and pasword contained in your welcome e-mail. |
